The importance of the project is reflected in the widening of the range and finding specific technology solutions for getting solders that can be competitive in the cross-bordering, but also on the world market. The most important aspect stands out environmentally, given that the test solder alloys do not contain any toxic elements as opposed to the solders of wide use. The alloys taken into account in this project are certainly more expensive compared to lead-containing solders, but their higher price is justified by the need to achieve particular properties
